Simple Rules

We try hard to keep this practice site as free and exciting as possible; however, we do require players to adhere to a few simple rules:

  1. SKRCTF is open for all ages and background.
  2. Please respect one another in any of the discussions.
  3. No off-the-shelf automated scanning tools such as Nessus, OpenVAS, etc. It's unecessary, useless, getting yourself hurt (IUUGYH).
  4. No cooperation between players with independent accounts. Sharing of flags or providing revealing hints to other players is cheating, don't do it.
  5. No attacking the competition infrastructure. If bugs or vulns are found, please alert the organizers immediately.
  6. No sabotaging of other competing players, or in any way hindering their progress.
  7. No brute forcing of challenge flags/keys against the scoring server, IUUGYH.
  8. No flooding and/or DoS attacks, IUUGYH.

Educators: Adopting SKRCTF in class
